About the Role
This is a remote position with a specific regional focus, dedicated exclusively to supporting customers in Nevada. While the role is primarily home-based, the successful candidate must reside within or adjacent to the Nevada region. This high-velocity sales position is designed to hunt for and win net new small to medium business (SMB) customers within a defined territory. The role serves as the engine for expanding our customer base, requiring the individual to not only prospect and close deals but also to ramp and onboard new accounts to ensure long-term success.
You will leverage a prioritized call list to drive prospect engagement through a mix of phone, video, face-to-face meetings, and digital tools. The position demands a consultative approach, where you will discover incremental and programmatic needs, communicate Staples' value propositions effectively, and navigate the prospect's industry buying process. Success in this role involves creating "sticky" accounts that continue to purchase from Staples, integrating feedback into your sales approach, and collaborating closely with internal category specialists and support teams to progress deals from opportunity to closed won.

Requirements
