This is a remote position with a regional focus, exclusively supporting customers in Nevada. While the role is primarily home-based, the successful candidate must reside within or adjacent to the Nevada region to facilitate face-to-face interactions when necessary.
This high-velocity sales position is designed to hunt for and win net new small to medium business (SMB) customers within a defined territory. As a B2B Sales Associate, you will leverage a prioritized call list to drive prospect engagement through phone, video, and in-person meetings. Beyond initial acquisition, you are responsible for ramping and onboarding new accounts to expand our customer base and create sticky, long-term relationships.
You will act as a consultative partner, discovering incremental and programmatic needs to deliver tailored solutions that align with Staples' value proposition. The role requires a dynamic blend of virtual and in-person communication, working closely with internal category specialists and support teams to progress deals from discovery to closed won. Success in this role demands a proactive approach to overcoming objections, analyzing industry trends, and integrating prospect feedback to refine your sales strategy.
