The Role in Action
As a Leaf Home Entry Level Sales Representative, you will cover an assigned territory daily, engaging prospective customers door-to-door. You will utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on our products and gather the necessary information for the sales team to schedule in-person product demonstrations.
You will work independently in a field environment, often outdoors and exposed to the elements, requiring extended periods of walking and standing. Success in this role involves maintaining a professional demeanor, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and reporting daily results to the field management team to foster a collaborative relationship with fellow representatives.
