About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, educating them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement systems. Your day will involve covering an assigned territory to conduct quick home inspections from the street, identifying homeowner challenges, and engaging prospective customers door-to-door.
Using a consultative selling approach, you will gather essential information to help the sales team schedule in-person product demonstrations. This role requires you to represent the company professionally, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional and accurately reflects the quality of Leaf Home's products. You will work independently with the flexibility to manage your schedule, while collaborating with field management and other representatives to report daily results and drive team success.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo paid training to master the product knowledge and sales techniques required for success. The program includes mentorship and individualized career development to support your growth within the organization.
