About the Role
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you will serve as the face of Leaf Home in your local community. Your primary focus is to conduct quick, street-side home inspections to identify potential gutter challenges and educate homeowners on how Leaf Filter can solve them. This role is designed for self-driven individuals who thrive in an outdoor environment and are eager to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.
You will cover an assigned territory daily, engaging prospective customers door-to-door. By utilizing a consultative selling approach, you will gather essential information to schedule in-person product demonstrations for the sales team. This position offers a pathway to significant financial growth, with target earnings ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+, supported by a compensation package that includes fast commission payouts and a 401k match.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a structured interview process to assess their motivation, communication skills, and fit for our field team. Successful applicants will then participate in paid training designed to equip them with the product knowledge and sales techniques necessary to succeed in the field.
