We are seeking a dynamic and community-oriented Territory Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership. This role is vital for building a robust pipeline of business through local B2C and B2B channels, directly supporting the territory's budgets and the team's overall goals.
You will spend approximately 90% of your time in the field, engaging with local businesses and individual consumers to promote AMCN membership programs. Your mission is to champion our cause by participating in local events, establishing partnerships with community organizations, and fostering strong relationships with community leaders and business owners. Through a consultative approach, you will navigate the full sales cycle to address the unique needs of each prospect, ensuring that our mission of compassionate care reaches those who need it.
Your day begins with planning: reviewing daily goals, scheduling appointments, and strategizing outreach efforts. The majority of your time is spent on field activities, visiting local businesses, attending community events, and meeting with potential members to discuss the benefits of AMCN membership. A significant portion of your success will come from identifying and cultivating new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking opportunities, all while maintaining a strong presence in the community.
