Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct customer visits using mobile tools to recommend unique programs and solutions
- check_circleCommunicate total value to customers to meet needs and grow sales within existing accounts
- check_circlePerform preventative and corrective maintenance on laundry and dish machines and dispensing systems
- check_circleProvide emergency service to existing customers via phone or in person as needed
- check_circleAssist in the installation of equipment and solutions for customers
- check_circleManage equipment, parts, and inventory to control operational costs
- check_circleEnsure safe equipment use to maintain fully functional customer operations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma or equivalent
- verified2 years of sales, mechanical service, customer service, food service or hospitality industry-related experience
- verifiedAvailability to work overnight shifts and provide emergency assistance which may occur at night, on weekends and over holidays
- verifiedCurrent and valid Driver's License with no restrictions
- verifiedNo Immigration Sponsorship available for this position
Nice to Have
Associate's degree or other advanced training or certifications. Previous mechanical problem-solving experience (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience) in industries related to food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa.
