About the Role
As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a vital role during a critical moment for new residents. When new housing developments are built, people move in with the primary goal of getting settled and reconnecting to the internet, their favorite shows, and their loved ones. This is where you step in.
You will be an outgoing professional who thrives working independently, getting out of the office to connect with customers where they are. Your day will involve acquiring new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events within targeted growth markets. You will develop relationships with homebuilders, homeowner associations, and housing community groups to build a vast network of referral partners. While the work involves being outdoors in all weather conditions and knocking on many doors, it is a financially rewarding position that offers real career opportunities for those with professional resilience and strong relationship-building skills.
