About the Team

Spectrum is building a new residential outside sales team designed to drive impact for the business, our customers, and everyone who joins us. About the Role

As a Market Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting new residents to the internet, their favorite shows, and their loved ones during the exciting transition of moving into new homes. This role is ideal for an outgoing professional who thrives working independently and enjoys getting out of the office to connect with customers where they are.

You will drive impact by acquiring new customers through door-to-door relationship building and community events. Your day will involve focusing on new and existing communities within targeted growth markets, developing relationships with homebuilders and homeowner associations, and building a vast network of referral partners. While the work requires resilience—knocking on many doors in all weather conditions, including days, evenings, and weekends—the opportunity to build a career in a financially rewarding sales environment is real. You will be rewarded for achieving sales goals in Internet, mobile, phone, and video services.
