About the Role

As a Territory Sales Manager supporting Hastings, Nebraska and surrounding markets, you will be the face of the Swisher portfolio. This role is designed for a product expert who thrives on building positive working relationships with store managers and buyers. You will manage an assigned sales territory comprised of retail stores (both independent and chain accounts) and distributors.

Your day will involve strategically offering a menu of options to partners by leveraging product knowledge, store data, and available promotions. You will serve as the primary consultant on category management and business analytics, helping retail and wholesale partners improve their business performance. From securing point-of-sale and merchandising options to maximizing in-store product display, you will drive brand performance through innovative selling skills and data analysis.
