About the Role
The Territory Manager for Orange County, CA, serves as the strategic lead for launching and driving sales of a novel, minimally invasive cardiovascular therapy. This role is critical for transforming clinical interest into commercial success by building deep partnerships with key opinion leaders and high-volume specialists. You will act as the bridge between complex medical innovation and hospital adoption, navigating purchasing processes and value analysis committees to secure access for this transformative device.
In this position, you will not only manage territory growth but also champion clinical confidence among new users, fellows, and staff. Your day-to-day involves coaching physicians through complex procedural situations, delivering educational resources, and ensuring operational success from pre-procedure planning to post-procedure follow-up. As a member of the sales team reporting to the Regional Sales Director, you will provide vital market intelligence to shape forecasting and strategy while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and inventory management.
