About the Role
You will set and execute territory strategies aligned with company goals, using data-driven insights to drive growth and operational excellence. Your day-to-day involves managing daily Leak and Repair operations, budgets, P&L, and KPIs to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability. You will build strong relationships with partners and customers, championing exceptional service and market presence. Additionally, you will lead, coach, and mentor high-performing Leak and Repair teams, fostering a culture of accountability, recognition, and growth aligned with RED RHINO values.
Hiring Process
