About the Role
The Project Manager serves as the backbone of our production team, constantly equipping, motivating, and supporting Site Managers to ensure sustained, exceptional customer service and workmanship. This role is vital for maintaining the consistency, profitability, and success of all projects assigned to the team.
You will be the face of our company vision, culture, and attitude, spreading these values to every member of the Production Team. As an organized, detail-oriented professional with trade knowledge, you will excel in communication and empowering others—from Site Managers and crews to homeowners. Your day involves analyzing production aspects to make timely, informed decisions, ensuring projects move from the initial welcome email to the final Certificate of Completion with seamless coordination and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMeet with homeowners to develop project specifications and confirm measurements
- check_circleDetermine pre-project gross margins and update DataForma with labor and material estimates
- check_circleReconcile pre-project and post-project margins to identify improvement opportunities
- check_circleMonitor project progress and communicate with scheduling teams and crew leaders to resolve issues
- check_circleCreate and execute schedules for planned project site visits and customer communications
- check_circleSecure final project completion by obtaining signed Certificates of Completion from customers
- check_circleOrder all materials from chosen suppliers and update system records accordingly
- check_circleEnsure timely project starts by verifying materials, equipment, and crew readiness on-site
Requirements

- verified5+ years experience in home building, remodeling, or renovation as a skilled tradesman or project manager
