About the Role

We are hiring an Account Manager to drive General Contractor sales in the Kansas City market. This role is ideal for someone with a thorough understanding of commercial flooring and the construction industry. You will serve as the bridge between preconstruction and project execution, ensuring seamless transitions from bid to handoff.

Your day will involve attending pre-bid walkthroughs, coordinating with estimators on project details, and creating compelling proposals. You will manage submittals, sample approvals, and change orders while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Success in this position requires a self-starter with a results-driven mindset who can manage multiple projects and deadlines with precision.
