The Marketing department at Warner Records serves as the strategic engine of the label. We don't just disseminate information; we architect the global trajectory of our artists. Our mission is to develop avenues for market penetration through rigorous research, creative disruption, and front-line campaign leadership.
In this high-octane Temp Marketing Strategy role, you will act as the steady hand and sharp mind keeping priority campaigns on track for our Urban roster-spanning Hip-Hop, R&B, and Afrobeats artists. Working alongside A&R, Digital, Sync, and Commerce teams, you will ensure our artists never miss a beat.
You will serve as the chief strategist for a diverse roster of emerging talent and global icons, translating artistic visions into commercial wins. This role is about high-level execution and seamless transition, acting as the primary liaison between management and the label to turn data and intuition into dominant market moves. It is a fast-paced, high-stakes environment giving you the chance to leave your mark on the biggest sounds in culture today.
