Our Retail Bankers are the face of our organization and are critical in caring for our customers each day. As a Retail Banker, you will receive comprehensive training to successfully engage and enhance the customer experience by offering products and services that best meet their needs. This role is designed to help you develop a well-rounded knowledge base that prepares you for advancement opportunities and a robust career in banking at Woodforest.
You will be the first point of contact for our customers, processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing account maintenance. Beyond daily operations, you will proactively identify opportunities to market and recommend bank products that benefit our customers. You will also handle essential branch servicing duties, such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintaining automated teller machines, while employing problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries in a manner consistent with the Woodforest Experience training.
