About the Role

As a Teller I in Eureka, you will be the first point of contact for our members, setting the tone for their entire banking experience. This role is vital to maintaining the trust and satisfaction of our community. You will manage daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step.

Your day will be defined by proactive engagement. You will greet every member with a smile, addressing them by name whenever possible, and prioritize their immediate needs above all else. Beyond processing transactions, you will serve as a resource, answering questions about loan balances, interest rates, and our various products and promotions. You will also handle the responsibility of balancing cash drawers, verifying identities, and resolving minor discrepancies to ensure the security of member accounts.

This position requires a blend of precision and people skills. You will work closely with the Head Teller and Branch Manager, supporting vault operations, managing cash supplies, and assisting other departments as needed. Whether you are counting currency, processing loan payments, or simply offering a friendly conversation, your role is essential to the smooth operation of our branch.
