About the Role
As a Teller at Prosperity Bank, you will serve as the face of our institution, performing numerous functions including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cashier's checks. Beyond transactional accuracy, this role is vital for promoting the bank's products and services while delivering excellent customer service. You will represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring that client requests are resolved promptly and that the bank's quality reputation is maintained.
Your day will involve operating online teller terminals, verifying and balancing cash daily, and detecting discrepancies. You will also be responsible for establishing effective business relations with clients and coordinating with area personnel and management. This position requires a blend of operational precision and relationship building, as you cross-sell bank products to meet customer needs and strengthen existing relationships.
Work Schedule
This position operates on a hybrid schedule to meet branch needs:
- Monday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM
