About the Role
This entry-level teller position serves as the frontline of our banking services, responsible for greeting customers and handling a wide range of banking transactions. The role is designed for individuals with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and the ability to build effective working relationships through strong interpersonal and team skills.
Beyond standard transactions, tellers play an active role in the customer experience by identifying opportunities to recommend additional banking products and referring leads to bank officers. The position requires strict adherence to banking regulations and procedures to ensure the protection of the bank's assets.
No previous experience is necessary to apply; however, compensation and title may vary based on prior experience. This role is part of a structured progression program, offering tellers the opportunity to advance from Teller I to Teller II and Teller III by mastering essential functions, completing training, and taking on additional responsibilities.
