- check_circleOversee daily operations of a team of up to 16 customer service representatives

- check_circleParticipate in the selection, hiring, and onboarding of new team members

- check_circleProvide direct coaching through daily huddles and weekly one-on-one sessions
- check_circleReview performance metrics and develop improvement plans for underperforming staff

Requirements
