Wells Fargo is seeking a team member to support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making appropriate introductions to bankers. In this role, you will interact with customers to demonstrate care, build relationships, and complete requested transactions. You will identify information and services to meet customers' financial needs while performing routine transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently.
You will complete operational activities while minimizing risks under established policies. You will receive direction from managers and exercise judgment within defined policies and procedures, escalating questions and issues to more experienced roles as needed. Success in this position requires a strong understanding of bank procedures and products, as well as the ability to partner effectively across the organization.

There is a strong emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification, and making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite.
