Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide quality clinical care in both clinic and telehealth settings to meet patient volume goals
- check_circleLead and guide clinic staff including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists
- check_circleAnalyze patient histories, symptoms, and diagnostic information to formulate accurate diagnoses
- check_circleOrder, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions
- check_circleEnsure accurate and timely completion of patient charts and maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
- check_circleImplement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by the CMO and Supervising Physicians
- check_circleRecommend ideas to leadership to improve overall patient experience and care delivery
- check_circleConsult with patients through virtual communication channels to ensure proper follow-up
- check_circleMaintain compliance with federal and state regulations and attend mandatory training sessions
- check_circleSupport new employee training through job shadowing, demonstrations, and coaching opportunities
Requirements
- verifiedMaster's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master's in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS)
- verified1-2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Occupational Medical, ER, Trauma, or Family Medical Practice
- verifiedActive Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License
- verifiedActive DEA license
- verifiedDOT certification within 120 days of employment
- verifiedApplicants must not reside in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, or DC
