Fast Pace Health is a growing company dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare within a supportive, team-oriented environment. We believe in a "family first" culture where employees are mentored to become the best providers they can be. Our mission is to surpass business goals by ensuring patients receive the best possible care in a positive atmosphere, while fostering a dynamic team that adapts quickly to new technologies and evolving practice settings.
Beyond clinical duties, we are deeply committed to our communities. As a Fast Pace employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in various outreach programs, including seasonal parades, book drives, festivals, and fun runs. We celebrate holidays together with potlucks and dress-up events, reinforcing our identity as a family that cares for both our patients and each other.
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding patient service both within our clinics and through various virtual communication channels. This role is designed for a compassionate professional who can respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient conditions while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
You will work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, balancing in-person and telehealth responsibilities to meet patient volume goals. A key part of your day involves leading clinic staff—including X-Ray Technologists, Nurses, and Front Office Specialists—by modeling behaviors and attitudes that ensure excellent patient care. You will actively engage with clinical leadership to resolve concerns and ensure adherence to company values, while also guiding new employees through training, job shadowing, and introductions to the team.
Your clinical practice will involve analyzing patient histories and symptoms to formulate accurate diagnoses, ordering diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications for acute and chronic conditions. You will be expected to implement clinical and telehealth protocols, maintain accurate patient charts, and ensure all activities comply with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
Fast Pace Health is committed to a fair and inclusive hiring process. We welcome applications from qualified individuals regardless of their background. Please note that due to specific regulatory requirements, applicants from California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, and the District of Columbia are not eligible for this position.
