As a Teller at State Employees Credit Union of New Mexico, you serve as the frontline face of our organization, performing routine member transactions with accuracy and efficiency. This full-time, on-site position is vital to maintaining seamless daily operations, ensuring that every member interaction—from deposits and withdrawals to loan payments and check cashing—is handled with professionalism and care.
You will be the first point of contact for members, responding to their requests, resolving problems, and directing them to the appropriate resources. Your role requires a positive attitude and patience, fostering a welcoming environment for the general public while managing complex financial tasks such as verifying check endorsements, processing cash advances, and issuing official checks.
