As a Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in State College, PA at the North Atherton branch. In this role, you will deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
You will process a variety of customer interactions, identifying banking opportunities and referring them as appropriate. Through meaningful conversations, you will educate customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions and leverage technology, tools, and resources to help them manage financial transactions. You will apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures, ensuring teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
