As a Full Time Teller within PNC's retail organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, at the Hampton branch. In this role, you will be the face of the bank, delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty. You will process a variety of customer interactions, educate customers on alternatives and options for managing financial transactions, and identify banking opportunities to refer to branch staff as appropriate.
Success in this position requires a focus on customer needs and sound judgment. You will apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while ensuring teller and branch daily operations are completed efficiently and accurately. PNC employees take pride in our reputation and are expected to be customer-focused, managing risk effectively to support the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
