We are looking for a flexible individual to join our Telerecruitment Department on a part-time basis to help us meet our life-saving mission. In this role, you will recruit platelet donors and those with special blood needs by telephone, utilizing computer call files on a daily basis.
You will be working in a highly predictable, even-paced environment that allows time to interact with others. Success in this position requires a strong service-oriented mindset; you will communicate in a manner that stimulates, motivates, and persuades donors while remaining responsive to their needs and concerns. The role emphasizes team interaction and involvement, requiring you to build relationships and support others in a friendly, cooperative, and unselfish manner.
