We are seeking a part-time Medical Assistant to join our ENT team in Jacksonville, FL. In this role, you will serve as a vital liaison between patients and families, providers, and the broader care team. Your primary focus will be coordinating patient flow to ensure a seamless experience from intake to discharge.
You will be responsible for clinical data collection and review, ensuring providers have the appropriate information to deliver high-quality care. Your day-to-day involves preparing exam rooms, managing inventory, and performing clinical procedures in accordance with department protocols. You will assist with patient examinations, document vital signs and chief complaints, and perform point-of-care testing and vaccinations. Beyond clinical duties, you will act as a bridge between support services and patients, managing wait times and confirming visits to ensure efficiency.
