As a Technology Operations Specialist, you will serve as a vital bridge between Canon and our clients, ensuring the seamless administration of fleet management, output management, and scanning software solutions. This role is designed for someone who thrives on building strong relationships with client IT administrators while maintaining a deep understanding of their networking environments. You will be responsible for the regular administration of critical software solutions, assisting in the testing and implementation of hardware and software, and resolving technical issues to maintain high service standards.
Your day-to-day involves managing relationships with client personnel, staying current with deployed solutions, and communicating potential timeline impacts to the Canon team. You will also play a key role in training Canon site personnel on troubleshooting strategies and ensuring that customer feedback is shared to broaden team knowledge. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to customer service excellence, focusing on generating healthy relationships and identifying opportunities to improve the client experience.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the U.S. at the time of hire; visa sponsorship is not available. This role may require up to 30% travel to client sites, including overnights, necessitating a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Successful candidates will be required to obtain all necessary security and/or other clearances to enter customer premises.
