Within Peraton's Space and Mission Solutions sector, we are seeking a cleared Technology Integration & Enablement Lead to serve as the operational backbone of our emergent technology initiatives. Reporting directly to the Sector Chief Technology Officer (CTO), this role acts as the connective tissue between our Emergent Technology Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the CTO's strategic vision, business line leadership, and other sectors throughout the enterprise.
You will ensure that technical expertise translates into documented roadmaps, funded investments, trained talent, and measurable business growth. This position is full-time, based in Reston, VA, with flexibility for hybrid work and travel to customer and corporate sites as needed. Your day-to-day will involve bridging the gap between high-level strategy and execution, ensuring that innovations do not remain siloed but are effectively transferred into business lines and program pursuits. You will drive the lifecycle of IRAD (Investigation, Research, and Development) strategies, manage technology roadmaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent development across the sector.

Familiarity with Peraton's corporate structure, Peraton Labs, and cross-sector collaboration mechanisms. MBA or graduate degree combining technical and business disciplines. Experience building or managing technical career frameworks and development programs. Knowledge of industry tools for roadmapping, portfolio management, and talent management. PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process/project management certifications. An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph. Established network across defense technology community, including government, industry, and academia.
