The Automotive Technician is a vital member of our service team, responsible for performing repairs and service on customer and dealership vehicles. Your work will be guided by management's strict protocols for productivity, safety, and efficiency. You will serve as the technical expert, diagnosing complex issues, executing precise repairs, and ensuring every vehicle leaves our shop in top condition.
This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about automotive systems and eager to solve challenging mechanical problems. You will collaborate closely with the service team, advisors, and customers to deliver a superior service experience. From reviewing vehicle history and factory bulletins to conducting test drives and finalizing repairs, your attention to detail and technical expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.
Candidates with a background in automotive repair, vocational training, or relevant experience are encouraged to apply. While this is not an apprenticeship, we welcome those with a high school diploma, certificate from a technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
