The Customer Support Organization is responsible for the installation, qualification, upgrade, repair, and maintenance of ASML systems at customer sites, ensuring the necessary transfer of know-how to our clients. Local site branches perform these critical functions within their specific regions.
As a Global Support Engineer, you will join a dynamic team of 8 engineers dedicated to providing 3rd Line hardware and software support for our HMI product line across the US and Europe. This team operates as a collaborative unit, partnering to solve complex problems and deliver quick solutions for our major customers. You will not work in a silo; instead, you will be part of a creative environment where open communication and unique perspectives are valued. The team offers the flexibility and trust to choose the best approach to tackle tasks and solve problems.
In this role, you will serve as a key technical resource, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues while documenting best-known methods (BKM) to elevate the team's collective expertise. You will act as a bridge between R&D and the field, supporting new product introductions, upgrades, and commercial options for both new and existing HMI systems. A significant part of your day involves transferring new product knowledge to Field Service Engineers and supporting on-site introductions of new models to local customer service teams. You will also manage stakeholder relationships and drive improvements by identifying bottlenecks in our support processes.
All new ASML jobs have a minimum application deadline of 10 days. For more information on applying, please refer to our frequently asked questions.
