We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Analyst to support our healthcare documentation and speech recognition software for our customers. This role is designed to ensure seamless operations for our clients by leveraging proprietary application expertise and strong problem-solving capabilities.
In this position, you will serve as a critical bridge between our technology and the healthcare professionals who rely on it daily. You will be responsible for installing and supporting our proprietary applications, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and managing database interactions. Beyond technical execution, success in this role requires solid customer communication and relationship-building skills to navigate the unique needs of the healthcare industry.
This is a remote position with some travel required. The standard hours for this role are 8am-5pm EST.
