This position serves as a strategic partner in building robust talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles, with a specialized focus on positions requiring security clearances or specialized IT skills. You will operate independently under general supervision to drive sourcing strategies that align with department-specific hiring needs and organizational goals.
Your day-to-day involves engaging passive candidates through diverse channels—including email, phone, text, and social media—to gauge interest and qualify talent for open roles. You will conduct initial screening calls to assess qualifications and suitability, presenting top-tier candidates to recruiters to support ongoing efforts. Beyond sourcing, you will maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring strict compliance with internal policies and governmental regulations.
As a key stakeholder, you will build strong relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to influence operational decisions and enhance hiring effectiveness. You will also play a vital role in positioning Maximus as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space by upholding OFCCP, EEO, and affirmative action guidelines.
If you require assistance during any phase of the employment process due to a disability, medical condition, or physical or mental impairment, please contact People Operations at applicantaccom@maximus.com for reasonable accommodations.
Maximus is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate qualified applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, genetic information, and other legally protected characteristics.
Our compensation philosophy is transparent and comprehensive. While annual salary is one component of our total rewards package, we also offer short- and long-term incentives, program-specific awards, health insurance, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, and paid time off. Compensation is determined by factors such as job location, education, experience, market value, and internal pay alignment, and we do not use an applicant's salary history in determining compensation.
