About the Role
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Maximus, you will play a pivotal role in building robust pipelines for critical and recurring roles, with a specific focus on positions requiring security clearances or specialized IT skills. You will serve as the bridge between our organization and passive talent, engaging candidates through diverse channels including email, phone, text, and social media to gauge interest and qualify them for open roles.
Your day will involve collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with department-specific needs. By maintaining accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, you will ensure compliance with internal and governmental regulations, including OFCCP, EEO, and affirmative action guidelines. You will also take ownership of your objectives, identifying and addressing operational challenges to continuously enhance our hiring effectiveness and position Maximus as a preeminent employer in the government contracting space.
