The Technical Services Manager will own the post-install customer lifecycle for all Camlin monitoring systems across North America. This role is designed to ensure that maintenance, reactive support, customer communication, and performance reporting are delivered with discipline, transparency, and a strong commercial focus.
You will lead resource optimization, scheduling, and capacity planning for technical teams while driving service performance against SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT targets. The position requires a structured thinker who can manage multiple priorities and an analytical leader comfortable using dashboards to evaluate performance and improve margin through cost-to-serve analysis.
