As a Technical Security Education Curriculum (TSCM) Instructor, you will serve as a vital educator for the Intelligence Community (IC) workforce. Your mission is to deliver high-impact training that ensures personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to conduct compliant, effective, and efficient Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM). You will not only facilitate learning but also play a key role in modernizing the TSEC curriculum, ensuring course content remains current and relevant to evolving threats.
Your day-to-day involves preparing and presenting classroom lectures while leveraging blended learning technologies. You will work closely with course developers to integrate best teaching methodologies and ensure the accuracy of technical information. Training delivery will primarily take place at Ft. Washington, MD, though you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time to other CONUS or OCONUS locations to support mission needs.
