About the Role
This summer internship offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on a variety of remote sensing projects within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. As an intern, you will be treated as a regular employee and assigned a dedicated team member as a mentor. The role is designed to introduce you to innovation and process improvement methodologies. This position is ideal for those with a strong interest in the remote sensing and geospatial fields who are eager to learn new skills and work with precision in high-volume workflows.
Term
This is a summer internship running from June through September 2021. Start and end dates are flexible to accommodate your schedule.

Requirements
- verifiedEnrolled as a student or recent graduate with at least one semester completed
- verifiedDegree in remote sensing, geography, engineering, or related field
- verifiedExperience in 3D environment, CAD (PLS-CADD, MicroStation, AutoDesk) preferred
- verifiedFluency with spatial analysis software (ArcGIS) preferred
- verifiedFamiliar with raster and vector data preferred
- verifiedAerial image interpretation preferred
Nice to Have
Ability to think critically. Experience in a 3D environment, specifically with CAD software such as PLS-CADD, MicroStation, or AutoDesk. Fluency with spatial analysis software like ArcGIS. Familiarity with raster and vector data. Experience in aerial image interpretation.
