About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This role is designed to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies with a strong focus on engaging passive technical talent.
As a remote team member, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs. Your day-to-day involves identifying candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance with regulations like OFCCP. You will play a key part in continuously improving sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires that support our corporate and market segments.
