About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position designed for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing the identification of top-tier candidates with the rigorous compliance tracking required in government sectors. The day-to-day involves building quality pipelines, coordinating interviews, and continuously improving sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
