This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, dedicated to building accurate candidate profiles and executing advanced staffing strategies. The role is pivotal in supporting corporate operations as well as federal civilian, health, and defense market segments by sourcing professional-level talent for both funded and proposal requisitions.
You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, with a specific focus on developing targeted strategies to engage passive candidates. The day-to-day involves utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to efficiently manage the hiring lifecycle, writing compelling job advertisements, and performing comprehensive candidate screening and reference checks. A key aspect of the role is ensuring strict compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP, while actively tracking recruiting activities and metrics.
