About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This position places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The role manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position designed for a professional who can build quality pipelines of both passive and active talent to support corporate and market segments. The day-to-day involves identifying candidates from numerous sources, utilizing the applicant tracking system, writing advertisements, and performing reference checks to ensure timely, high-quality hires while maintaining compliance with relevant hiring regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and build accurate candidate profiles

- check_circleManage sourcing projects from conception to completion to ensure all priorities and goals are achieved

- check_circleManage end-to-end recruiting activities including candidate identification, screening, and interview coordination
