About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This role is designed to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies with a strong focus on engaging passive technical talent.
As a remote team member, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs. Your work ensures the organization secures timely, high-quality hires by identifying candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strict compliance tracking, including OFCCP standards.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePartner with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and build accurate candidate profiles
- check_circleBuild and maintain quality pipelines of passive and active talent to support funded and proposal staffing needs
- check_circleAssist with the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures
- check_circleManage sourcing projects from conception to completion to ensure all priorities and goals are achieved
- check_circleTrack recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with hiring regulations including OFCCP
- check_circleManage end-to-end recruiting activities including candidate identification, screening, and interview coordination
- check_circleDevelop and execute advanced sourcing strategies targeting passive technical talent across federal and defense markets
- check_circleWrite job advertisements, screen candidates, perform reference checks, and utilize the applicant tracking system
Requirements
