This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, dedicated to building accurate candidate profiles and executing advanced staffing strategies. The role is pivotal in supporting corporate operations as well as federal civilian, health, and defense market segments. You will be responsible for managing sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring all priorities and goals are met while building quality pipelines of both passive and active talent.
The day-to-day involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will identify candidates from numerous sources, write compelling job advertisements, and utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage the hiring lifecycle efficiently. A key focus is developing targeted sourcing strategies for passive candidates and actively tracking recruiting activities to ensure full compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
