About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position designed for a professional who can build quality pipelines of both passive and active talent to support corporate and market segments. The role involves identifying candidates from numerous sources, utilizing an applicant tracking system, and performing reference checks to ensure timely, high-quality hires while maintaining compliance with relevant hiring regulations, including OFCCP.
