About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets.
As a remote team member, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs. Your work ensures the organization secures timely, high-quality hires by continuously improving sourcing processes and maintaining strict compliance with regulations such as OFCCP.

Key Responsibilities
