About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This role is designed to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies with a strong focus on engaging passive technical talent.
As a remote position, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs. The role exists to ensure timely, high-quality hires by continuously improving sourcing processes and maintaining strict compliance with regulations such as OFCCP.
