About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
This is a remote position designed for a professional who can build quality pipelines of both passive and active talent to support corporate and market segment goals. The ideal candidate will actively track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations, including OFCCP, while continuously improving sourcing processes to deliver timely, high-quality hires.
