About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role focuses heavily on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. The position manages end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs.
As a remote team member, you will drive the identification, screening, and interview coordination of candidates while ensuring compliance with regulations such as OFCCP. Your work will directly support the organization's staffing requirements by building quality pipelines of both passive and active talent to support corporate and market segments.
