About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner with hiring managers, recruiters, and leadership in defining role requirements and developing targeted sourcing strategies. This role places a strong emphasis on engaging passive technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets.
As a remote team member, you will manage end-to-end sourcing and recruiting activities, leveraging advanced tools, data, and pipelines to meet funded and proposal staffing needs. The position involves identifying candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring compliance tracking, including OFCCP regulations. You will play a key role in the continuous improvement of sourcing processes to ensure timely, high-quality hires that support corporate and market segment goals.
